Put God First Most people who want to protect their marriage will say that their spouse is more important than their job. Unfortunately, it seems that people who are in ministry (pastors, missionaries, etc.) will say that in a list of priorities their wife is sometimes at the top of the list and sometimes their ministry is. If you put God at the top of your priority list, He will show you where your emphasis should be at any given time. WHERE DO YOU STAND?

No Servant can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despised the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon.---- Luke 16:15 Presently the world is full of hypocrisy and self deception. There are lots of people two-timing between God and the devil. The Lord Jesus Christ made it clear in the book of Revelation that those who are not hot/cold will he spit out of his mouth.  You need to answer this question, “Where do I stand”? You can never be on a neutral ground. It’s either you are on the Lord’s side or on the Devil’s side. Meanwhile, it is impossible to be on both sides. Hypocrisy and self deception will never do you any good. When you are on the Lord’s side, he will fight for you and give you lasting peace. Psalm 75:6 Read: Psalm 113:1-9 (KJV) The promotion that comes from God is worth waiting for; never settle for the promotion of men. Man can promote you today and demote you the next day. When man promotes you, they will expect something in return, but when God promotes you, all your sorrows will turn to joy and you will have absolute peace even in the midst of trouble. God’s promotion usually shuts the mouth of detractors. Your detractors are those who boasted that you would never rise in their presence, and those who threatened that they would use the power of their position to destroy you, because you have refused to bow to their gods.
